Coconut Records - Indie Pop, "Actor Pop," "West Coast Pop" So you probably know who Jason Schwartzman (the actor) is, from The Darjeeling Limited or Rushmore, but you may not know that he is also a drummer! He started his music career drumming in the band Phantom Planet BEFORE acting, and eventually left the band in 2003. In 2007, he released the first album, "Nighttiming" for his band Coconut Records, and in just January of this year released the second album called "Davy".
